She always had a smile. Even when you knew she was suffering it never showed. What an amazing person she was. I loved her a lot. She inspired so many people.
I am deeply saddened by this news. I had the pleasure of meeting Jody and Ed for the first time, back in 2011, during the Proposition B Protest in Jefferson City. With that initial meeting, I immediately felt that I had known her all my life. She was a personable young lady. Her compassion for our beloved animals was that to be admired. I was extremely proud to be able to call her my friend. She will be sorely missed. May God of love and mercy, embrace those, whose hearts overflow with grief, unanswered questions and such a sense of loss. May he grant them space to express their tears and hold them close through this dark time.
I just heard of Jody's passing and I am heartbroken. I knew her for years and she was never without a smile or a kind word. She will be terribly missed.
Only knew Jody briefly as she worked with animal rescue here in Moberly and the surrounding area. Always a sweet person and she will be greatly missed. Many sympathies to the family.
I never met Jody face to face but I did talk some on messenger many times about animals. I told her what I wanted done with my dogs when I pass. I knew she would make it happen. Not once did you say anything was wrong with her. I told her my problems and she listened and cared even though I was a stranger. Sending a prayer for her loving family! God needed this furbaby angel. RIP Dear Jody you will be missed by so ,many people!
