Obituary of Martha Colleen Dennis

Martha Colleen Dennis, age 88, of Moberly, MO, passed away on August 19, 2021 at the home of her son, David Dennis.

Colleen was born on October 31, 1932 in Bunch, MO to the late Robert H. Dunseith and Mary (Patrick) Dunseith. She was united in marriage to the late Willie J. Dennis on May 14, 1949 in Kirksville, MO,. She lived most of her life in Moberly, MO. Colleen attended Bunch and Elmer schools and enjoyed her life as a homemaker.

Colleen is survived by her two sons David Dennis and wife, Jacquie of Farmington, MO, and Richard Dennis and wife Cathy of Stephens City, VA; four grandchildren Todd Dennis, Kristie Dennis, Rob Dennis, and Ashley Dennis; three step grandsons, John Hand, Jim Hand, and Jason Hand; eight great grandchildren, Cheyenne Dennis, Paige Dennis, Hailey Dennis, Chase Wilde, Kelcy Wilde, Summer Wilde, Colton Dennis, and Reagan Dennis; three step great-grandsons; 8 step great-granddaughters; and sister-in-law Sherry Dunseith of Scott City, MO.

Colleen was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mary Dunseith; spouse Willie Dennis; and brother Robert “Wayne” Dunseith.

Services are entrusted to the care of Pathway Memorial Funeral Home with visitation on Friday, August 27, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., service will start at 1:00 p.m. followed by burial at Elmer Cemetery.
