Obituary of Richard Sinclair

Richard (Ricky) Elige Sinclair, 66, of Huntsville, MO, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on August 4th 2021, at the University of Missouri Hospital, after a short battle with lung cancer. 

He was born December 2, 1954 in Moberly, MO to Sally Sinclair.

Ricky was a jack of all trades. He spent his earlier years as a logger. He loved to tinker with cars. He enjoyed camping and fishing. 

Those preceding Ricky in death are his father, Kenneth Lawrence; mother, Sally Lawrence; brother, Claude McDonald (Mac) and sister, Sharon Thornburg.

He is survived by his children, Robin Gwinner (Pat) of Cairo, Maggie Sinclair of Moberly, Doug Sinclair of Moberly, Julie Sinclair of Moberly, Kannatha Mohr (Austin) of Moberly, Abby Sinclair of Moberly, Cody Sinclair of Higbee, Courtney Sinclair of Moberly; grandchildren, Samantha, Jared, Tyler, Hunter, Veronica, Preston, Zach, Andy, Tiffany, Lucas, Zeke; great grandchildren, Ava Mae, Ava Ryan, Nate, Braylee, Cindy, Harlow; sister, Helen Bohn (Mike) of Madison and longtime companion, Grace Beauchamp.

A celebration of life in Ricky’s honor will be held at the Family Life Fellowship Worship Center, 1614 US-24, Moberly, MO 65270, on Saturday, August 14th from 1-3pm.
