Obituary of Peter Grice

Peter V. Grice, 67, of Moberly, MO passed away on July 16,2021 at Moberly Regional Medical Center, Moberly MO.

Peter was born on December 17, 1953 to Peter J. and Joan Grice in Essex, England. Peter and his parents came to Toronto, Canada by ship when he was 3 years old.

Peter graduated school in Toronto and accepted a position as a security guard, a position that he held for several years. Peter was a faithful member of the Baptist Church.

In 2019 Peter moved to Moberly, MO as he felt it was the perfect place to live out his “Golden Years”. He found a second home at the Towers. Relocating there, he became fond of playing cards at the senior center and visiting with everyone. He also enjoyed driving the scenic route anywhere he went, and listening to music.

Peter was predeceased by his parents, Peter J. and Joan Grice and the love of his life Margaret “Sue” Marrow.

Survivors include his daughter, Elizabeth (John) Payne and her family of Moberly, MO and his “towers family”.

Peter’s untimely passing has left his family with unexpected expenses. They deeply appreciate everyone’s support during this difficult time.
