Emerson Aleshire

Obituary of Emerson James Aleshire

Emerson James Aleshire was unexpectedly born an Angel on February 12th, 2021 in Columbia, Missouri at Boone Hospital.

Emerson James blessed the lives of his Mother, Grandparents and Uncle in the most unexpected ways.  He very quickly became the topic of every conversation and transformed their lives over the 9 months he was with them.   The lessons of life are not always taught by those that walk the face of this earth but by those that leave their footprints in your heart.    Emerson was able to teach his family there was a love greater than anyone could imagine.   His mother often said she didn’t know it was possible to love someone so much.   He provides strength when strength is greatly needed and laughter when they need to laugh.    Emerson’s Mother and Grandparents just knew he was going to be an ornery little boy, he was a little stinker in all his ultrasounds.    There was no doubt he was going to be a beautiful little boy who would turn their lives upside down and they would spoil him endlessly.    Emerson James will forever have an impact on his family, they will live each day honoring him and making him proud.    He is dearly missed by his Momma, Mimi, Poppy, Papa, Nana and Uncle Justin.

Emerson James has recently been joined in death on March 7th, 2021 by a very special Great Uncle, Chris Callahan of Jacksonville, MO.

Emerson James is survived by his Mother, Ashley Aleshire of Columbia; Grandparents, Steve and Chonda Hull of Moberly; Patrick and Susan Aleshire of Centralia; an Uncle, Justin Aleshire of Centralia; Great Grandparents, Joyce and Coolie Callahan of Jacksonville, Glen and Suzi Aleshire of Moberly, Robert and Mary Jane Jennings of Centralia; many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and special friends.

A private memorial service celebrating Emerson James is being held Saturday March 27th at 1:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home in Moberly, MO.
