Obituary of Timothy Earl Watson

Timothy Earl Watson, 70, of Huntsville, MO passed away at his home September 30, 2020.  Tim was born August 9, 1950 in Moberly, MO to Howard Watson and Irene (Halliburton) Watson. 

He was a graduate of Moberly High School and MAJC.  Tim worked for AECI at Thomas Hill for twenty-six years prior to retirement.  He served honorably in the United States Army from 1970 until 1971.  He was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Moberly.

Tim was married to Sandra Davis Watson in Moberly, and she survives of the home.  He was a great husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.  The family said he took great pride in maintaining his home and his cars.  He was happy when working on a Mustang project car with his son Timmy.  Above all, he enjoyed time spent with his family.  He was known as a calm, generous, loving man of integrity.

Those preceding Timothy in death are his parents, Howard and Irene Watson; daughter Heather Watson and daughter Molly Watson.

He is survived by his wife Sandi; son Tim (Tabatha) Watson of Centralia, MO; grandchildren Declan Johnson, Tressie Watson, Joseph Mills and Nicolas Hicks; great-grandchildren, Mia Chairse and Demetrik Chairse; brother Sam (Terri) Watson of Seattle, WA and sister Jeanette Watson-Megown of Columbia; several cousins, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Funeral services for Tim will be Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at 12:00 noon at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home in Moberly, MO followed by interment in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville with full military honors.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 until time of service.
