I remember coffee bar with Ed & Lyda, they celebrated the births of each of my girls, they attended my surprise 30th birthday party 13years ago. I used to clean houses with Lyda and attend prayer retreats with her. I am so thankful to have known her the way I did. God blessed me with her friendship and love. She,Ed,Mark & Sandy can all be together. RIP
Patti and I have myriad memories of Lyda and her husband Ed working the coffee bar on Sunday mornings after Mass while we were cooking for Engaged Encounter weekends. They used to help us after they finished their own service. She was a talker and i remember her talking often about a retreat center in IL that she loved to visit. She was quite a lady! Rest in God's arms Lyda. God's Peace to those she leaves behind.
