The ten year old boy that I still am remembers Martha kneeling, working in the garden as we pulled into the gravel driveway. She jumped up and ran to the car with joy on her face, so happy to see us all.
Language fails in the attempt to describe how simply wonderful she was and how just being near her was special.
Crafting cinnamon rolls from biscuits with Martha and her saving silver dimes for my collection are two of many memories that never left my mind.
I marveled at her patience.
She was a unique gift from the Creator to all of us.
I was blessed to have her for my aunt.
We love you Bob, Barry, and Sarah and know all too well the loss you have suffered.
She lives in our hearts and walks my memories.
Bob & family,I have many fond memories of Martha. We were classmates & she always had a softness to her & a genuine smile to share. May God bless each of you.

I did not know Martha, but I do remember her working as a cashier. She seemed like a very gentle spirit and I enjoyed having her check out my grocery cart. It says something when someone you don't know leaves that kind of impression on you. God bless those who are left behind and may you truly know God's Peace.
So thankful for my Aunt Martha. She helped me understand it's the little things that make life wonderful. Running around in the country - Joy! Going for a walk and bringing back chips and dip for five (Always hungry) nieces and nephews - Joy! Helping me understand it's not wrong to enjoy your food - Double joy! She taught me to crochet and gave me a desire for sewing, gardening and just being outside in general. She was loved!
