Obituary of Stanley Lee Langdon
Stanley Lee Langdon, 50, of Callao passed away Friday, January 17, 2020 at his home. Stan was born December 5, 1969, in Moberly to Robert and Karen (Baker) Langdon. He has been a lifelong resident of the Randolph County area; moving between Moberly and Cairo, where he attended school.
“Stan the Man” or “Sideshow” was an all-around Jack-of-All-Trades. He was a much beloved socialite, who never knew a stranger. He enjoyed playing pool, riding his motorcycle but above all else, he loved spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, ability to tell amazing stories, his deep voice and long hair. He will be greatly missed.
Stanley is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Karen.
Survivors include his children; Lawrence Langdon of Nevada, Gage Langdon of Clark, Brooke McClure of Centralia, Spencer Edwards of Macon and Elizabeth Foster of Callao; grandchildren, Anastasia Langdon of Clark, Raylin Mathews of Centralia and Rosie Edwards of Macon; former wife, care giver and dear friend, Sabrina Edwards; siblings Virginia “Jennie” (Doug) Walker of Huntsville; stepsisters; Natalie Moser and Rebecca Minks of Cairo, Angie Berrey of Huntsville; stepbrother; Lonnie Wallace of Cairo; extended family and close friends.
Services celebrating the life of Stanley Lee Langdon will be held Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home in Moberly, MO.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. until the time of service.
