Obituary of Louise Marie Bott

Louise Marie Bott, 73, of Moberly, MO passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2019 with her family by her side at her home. Louise was born on January 23, 1946 in Winterset, IA to Gene and Ruth Bush. She graduated from MACC with a degree in General Education. She was an active member of the St. Pius X Catholic Church. Louise was generous to a fault and never met a stranger. In her free time she enjoyed going to local garage sales, working on her yard and in her garden tending to all her plants and flowers. Her family and friends will always remember her for her kind heart and love for her family and friends. She was an amazing woman, and will be greatly missed by all.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Ruth Bush; brothers, Ronald Bush and Bob Bush and sister, Betty Smoot.

Louise is survived by her children, Tina Bott of Moberly, MO, Dr. Tanya Ruhlander and husband Greg of Little Elm, TX, Tara Stone and husband Brian of Clermont, FL, John McGee II of Moberly, MO; grandchildren, Tasha Welch, Nina McGregor, Katie Wenzel, Tehara Livell-Ruhlander, Garrett Ruhlander, Gavin Ruhlander, William Stone, Nick Stone and Kevin Stone; great grandchildren, Taylor Welch, Madison Welch, Isabelle Welch, Ronnie Welch, Aaron Welch, Ava Welch, Annaliese Welch, Aiden McGregor, Lincoln McGregor, Lily Wenzel and Lucas Wenzel; siblings, Jim Bush, Frank Bush, Steve Bush and Jane Sivicky.

A memorial visitation celebrating Louise Marie Bott’s life will be held on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. A brief prayer service will begin at 4:00 p.m.
