Obituary of Martin Raymond Malinowski
Martin Raymond Malinowski, Jr, 72, of Moberly passed away January 8, 2019 at Moberly Nursing and Rehab.
Martin was born November 21, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois to Martin and Emily Juchniewicz Malinowski.
Martin relocated from Aurora, IL to Moberly in 2012. He was a member of the Pentecostal Church of Moberly. He married Mary Baker in Renick on May 26, 1979. Martin was a skilled cabinet maker and electrician, running his own home improvement business. He later worked for Indian Prairie School District 204, in Aurora, IL where he retired after 20 years of dedicated service.
Martin enjoyed fishing and woodworking. He will always be remembered as being a hard worker. Martin loved helping people fix things whenever he could. He was always happy when he could be working.
Martin is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary Anne Malinowski.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Malinowski of Moberly; daughter, Eva (Robert) Williams of Moberly; grandchildren, Keith Williams of Columbia and Steven (Kristen) Williams of Moberly; great grandson, Isaac Williams of Moberly; extended family and close friends.
Services celebrating Martin’s life will be held Monday, January 14, 2019 at 11:00 am at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow at Perche Cemetery in Rucker, MO. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 14, 2019 from 10:00 am until time of service.
