Obituary of Bonnie Gravitt

Bonnie Gravitt, 77, was born March 6, 1937, the daughter of James Lester and Clarcie Mae Prewitt. On July 1, 1955, Bonnie married William (Billy) Wybert of Moberly. Bonnie and Billy had one son, Gregory Kent Wybert. After Billy’s death in 1984 Bonnie married Orville Gravitt in August of 1987. Bonnie was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church where she had many friends. In recent years, Bonnie enjoyed attending Jefferson Avenue United Methodist Church with her niece and caregiver Linda Specie. Bonnie was preceded in death by her two husbands; one brother, Floyd Prewitt; and one sister Mildred Specie. She is survived by her son Greg and daughter-in-law Debi; brother and sister-in-law, Bud and Shirley Prewitt of Moberly, sister Wanda Johnson of Moberly, sister-in-laws Mert Prewitt of Moberly and Boneta Barnes of Sturgeon, Mo, and Karen and Mike McKenzie of Barry Illinois and a brother-in-law Richard (Ricky) Wybert of Jackson, Missouri; granddaughter Kelly Broemer and husband Waylon of Moberly; grandson Zach Wybert and wife Bethany; two great grandchildren Avery and Alayna Broemer, many nieces, and nephews she loved dearly. Services for Bonnie will be Monday, April 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the Immanuel Baptist Church. Pathway Memorial Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
