Obituary of Frances Louise Patterson

Frances Louise Patterson, 90, of Moberly, passed away Monday, December 1, 2014 at Valley View Nursing Home. Louise was born January 21, 1924 in Lewisville, AR to Ola Chandler and Gertrude Black Chandler. She enjoyed quilting, reading, sewing clothes for her children and vegetable gardening. Those preceding her in death include her parents; her husband, Archie Patterson; sisters Elizabeth Gahan, Ella McDonald and Ruth Goodson; grandson Ray Lewis Edward, Jr. and grandson Robbie Scott. She is survived by her sister Patsy Walker of St. Louis, MO; children, Gordon Patterson of Hershey,PA, Helen Patterson of Oregon, Carol Craig (Howard) of Moberly, Mike Patterson (Norma) of Bloomfield, MO, Dennis Patterson (Christine) of Monticello, AR, Judy Weldy (Terry) of Clarksville, TN, David Patterson of Ashland, MO, Paul Patterson of Castleleigh, MD, Bruce Patterson of Moberly, MO and Gary Fife-Patterson (Anthony) of Boonville, MO; fourteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. Services for Louise will be Friday, December 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, December 5, 2014 from 10:00 until time of service. Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the Alzheimer’s Association, Mid-Missouri Chapter, 2400 Bluff Creek Drive, Columbia, MO 65201.
