Obituary of Betty McLouth
Betty left this earthly world to teach God’s little angels on November 4th, 2015. She was 83 years old and had been residing at Moberly Nursing and Rehab. Her husband Cecil A. McLouth and an infant son preceded her in death.
Betty was an extremely busy mother of seven children: Pat and Richard Tregnago of Higbee, MO, Barbara Valentine of Olathe, Kansas, Jan and Don Hendren of Madison, MO, Linda Thomas of Madison, MO, Karen and Bill Vandiver of Joplin, MO, Greg and Kara McLouth of Huntsville, MO, and Kevin McLouth of Columbia, MO. She was blessed with 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren whom she cherished dearly.
After her children were grown, she accomplished a lifelong dream and went to college. She graduated from Moberly Junior College and University of Missouri with honors. She specialized in learning disabilities and was well known for her unique teaching methods. Betty taught in the Renick and Madison school system.
Betty enjoyed writing short stories and poems. All through her life, she loved reading and could consume a book in a day. When her sight failed her, she listened to books for the visually impaired.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 10:00 until time of service at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home. Service will be Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 11:00 with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
