Obituary of Ronnie Lee Norris

Ronnie Lee (Doodle) Norris Jr., 46, of Moberly, Mo passed away March 15, 2017 at Moberly Regional Medical Center. Doodle was born September 2, 1970 in Moberly to Ronnie Norris Sr. and Doris Hess Norris. Doodle was a lifelong resident of Moberly and a graduate of Moberly High School. He liked riding motorcycles, tinkering with cars and fishing. He also enjoyed hanging out with family and friends. He always had a dollar to give to nieces and nephews. Ronnie will be remembered for his willingness to jump in and take care of others. He was a wonderful husband, beloved father, great brother and uncle and a good friend. Through his donation and with the help of the Midwest Transplant Network, Doodle will be changing the lives of others and his generosity continues to live on. Ronnie is preceded in death by his mother, Doris Norris. Survivors include his wife, Kelly Norris of Moberly; children, Damien Jennings of Moberly, Sarah Starks of Madison, Annamarie Norris, Takota Norris and Brandan Norris all of Moberly; father, Ronnie Norris Sr. (Mae Sotto) of Salisbury; siblings, Michael (Kerry Prior) Norris of Wright City, Peggy (Kameron) Davis, Johnny (Sarah) Norris and Jennifer (Travis) McElwee all of Moberly; extended family and close friends. Services celebrating Doodle’s life will be held Sunday, March 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
